In honor of Child Abuse Prevention Month, The Child Advocacy Center of Lapeer County will be holding a pinwheel garden planting day at the Gallery 194 located at 194 W Nepessing St, Lapeer, MI 48446 starting at 10 AM , April 1st at 10:00 am. Come out and show your support by dressing in blue and planting a pinwheel. The pinwheel is the nationally recognized symbol for child abuse and neglect prevention. Learn how we can keep our children safe and how you can become an active participant in preventing child abuse. From there, we invite you all to travel to ELGA Credit Union located at 799 Harrison St, Lapeer, MI 48446 (across from the Meijer parking lot) for additional photo opportunities.
